What is Rise?​

Rise is an AI-powered feature adoption SDK that embeds directly into B2B SaaS products. It watches how users work and builds in-app guidance automatically — no setup, no maintenance.

Rise learns user behavior in real time, identifies friction, and automates guidance or actions — eliminating the need for manual setup, event mapping, or maintenance.

How Rise Works​

Rise uses an Intent Learning Architecture that operates in four stages:

  1. Observe - SDK captures usage patterns (not PII or keystrokes)
  2. Model Intent - ML models cluster similar behaviors and infer what users are trying to do
  3. Trigger - Rise decides when and how to intervene
  4. Act - Rise displays guidance, prefills forms, or executes simple flows

Unlike tooltip-driven systems, Rise doesn't just show what to click — it can perform next steps automatically when the user has granted permission.

UI-Contextual Product Intelligence​

Rise provides analytics that show not just what users do, but what they see when they do it, revealing the "why" behind every behavior.

What Makes Rise Analytics Different​

Traditional analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude) show what happened. Rise shows why it happened by capturing UI context:

  • Contextual Properties - UI state when events happened (empty states, disabled features, data volume)
